About Shark Shutter
A name built on understanding before selling
Shark Shutter is an Egyptian company founded in 2024, specialized in supplying and installing rolling shutter and glass systems, with a special focus on developing smart remote-control solutions for doors and windows. The company was founded on real hands-on experience gained inside major rolling shutter factories in Egypt, giving us a deep understanding of every technical detail of the product, and the ability to offer solutions grounded in real market conditions and customer needs. During 2025 alone, we successfully completed more than 250 projects across Egypt, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction that we are proud of and consider the cornerstone of our continuity.
We noticed that many customers were unsatisfied with their experience with other companies, because their real need - whether soundproofing, security, or ease of control - was not properly understood before contracting, leading to systems that were oversized, undersized, or simply unsuitable. Shark Shutter's idea was built around having a sales and survey team that truly understands each customer's need, explains the technical differences clearly, and shows real physical samples during the visit - helping the customer make the right decision without unnecessary cost.

كان عندي معاد تركيب واتأخروا وقالوا إن العربية عطلت. أنا بصراحة فكرت إنهم بيعملوا زي باقي الشركات وكنت متضايقه لكن اتفاجئت إنهم رجعوا في نفس اليوم ووضحوا الموقف، وتاني يوم أجّلوا كل جدولهم وجُم عندي وركبوا الشغل كامل. كمان أدوني ريموت ورسيفر هدية اعتذار. حاجة محترمة بجد.

How long is the warranty?
Shutters carry a 2 to 5-year warranty depending on the slat type, and motors a 5 to 10-year warranty depending on the motor type. All motors come with an instant replacement warranty. The warranty period for your products is shown digitally in your customer account on our website, along with your warranty certificate and all contract documents, so you can access any document at any time.
Can I track my order and warranty online?
Yes. Your account on the Shark Shutter website lets you follow your order's progress, warranty details and remaining coverage, plus the documents and maintenance requests linked to your order.
What should I do if I need maintenance?
Request maintenance from your account on the website or contact our after-sales service on the numbers below. We link your request to your project's installation details, and we handle maintenance requests within 48 hours in Cairo and Giza.
Can rolling shutters be installed after finishing work is complete?
Yes, although it's best to have the necessary electrical outlets prepared in advance. The right installation method is determined after a site inspection of the opening and existing finishes, taking into account the position of the shutter box, guide rails and wiring.
How do I request a site inspection or a quotation?
